Technical Visit

Raikku Ranch offers professional farm visits designed for industry professionals, student groups and others interested in modern agriculture.

We are an Atria contract farm, raising poultry as part of the Finnish food production chain. The farm is easy to reach, located along the Lahti road between Kangasala and Pälkäne, just a 30-minute drive from Tampere.

Technical Visit is aimed at those who want to gain insight into modern farming operations, production processes and the operating environment. For hygiene reasons, access to the production facilities is restricted, but the production can be explored through a separate showroom. The visit includes an introduction to the farm’s operations, production chain and everyday practices.

Visits can be arranged in Finnish or English and are available year-round, taking the production cycle into account.

The content and duration of the visit are tailored to the needs of each group.
Minimum fee: €200
Maximum group size: 25 persons

• Soup lunch and coffee with a pastry
